Divorce and the Irreligious Child

A new study has found that there is a link between divorce and the religious choices children make.  According to the Public Religion Research Institute, children of divorced parents were “significantly more likely” to become irreligious adults. The Times: “Holy War Over the Gospel According to Hitchens”

Chris Matthews interviews Larry Alex Taunton

My MSNBC interview with Chris Matthews on Hardball

For those of you who missed it, here is a link to my interview with Chris Matthews on MSNBC on his show Hardball. Matthews could not have been more gracious in offering his strong endorsement of The Faith of Christopher Hitchens. Of it Matthews said “Everyone must read this book,” calling it “a beautifully written story about a man who wrote beautifully.” I am very grateful for his kind remarks. It’s not often that Ravi Zacharias and Chris Matthews endorse the same book.

I am told that many stores are out of the book and Amazon also ran out, but you can still order it from them and from other online retailers as well as in many stores. We hope this book changes thinking and, perhaps, lives.
